We’re looking for a full-time Fireplace Installer to join our team.

The main responsibilities for this position are installing gas, electric and wood burning hearth appliances. This may include retrofitting an existing fireplace or adding a fireplace to an existing or new home, reading drawings and manufacturer’s instructions regarding the proper installation, and building structures using wood and steel studs specifications. Customer safety and satisfaction must be your utmost priority.
Responsibilities:
- Prepares customer sites for product installation by completing a pre-inspection, and making necessary arrangements with customers
- Installs and services company products and/or systems efficiently according to service schedule
- Performs physical activity to install company products according to procedure such as bending, stooping, reaching, climbing into small areas, and other such activity
- Utilizes related equipment and tools to install and service company products
- Documents all pertinent installation and service work information completed on a daily basis
- Qualifies service work for warranty coverage within company policy and in coordination with management
- Must be able to work independently and with a team
- Must maintain a professional appearance and attitude
- Work with gas lines and understand electrical at a basic level
- Safely move and install fireplaces over 100 lbs.
- Performs other related duties as assigned
Requirements:
- High school diploma, GED, or suitable equivalent
- Strong organizational leadership and teamwork skills
- Experience repairing, installing, and maintaining fireplaces or other appliances
- Able to work comfortably in a fast paced environment

Responsibilities:
- Inspect the effectiveness and safety of current customers HVAC system
- Install maintain, and repair ventilation, air conditioning systems, and equipment
- Diagnosing HVAC systems for electrical and mechanical defects
- Clean, adjust, and repair systems, and perform warranty services
- Maintain a detailed inventory of all HVAC equipment and resources.
- Participate in provided technical training

As an HVAC Service Technician for Supreme Plumbing Heating and Cooling, you’ll install, repair, and conduct maintenance on HVAC units. The ideal candidate has a passion for consistency and proper upkeep of equipment, with customer satisfaction and safety being your top priority. Based upon abilities, candidates may also assist in our Fireplace Division installing and servicing fireplaces.
The most successful HVAC Service Technician is able to learn and grow on the job, provide efficient and effective services for our customers, and execute impeccable communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Provide the highest level of technical ability, quality, value, and integrity to our customers
- Install, maintain, and repair heating, ventilation, cooling, and refrigeration units for commercial customers
- Diagnose and repair electronic, mechanical, and electrical components of these systems
- Travel to job sites in service area and work with dispatcher to ensure schedule is maintained and delays are properly communicated to customer
- Maintain good working order of company vehicle, equipment, and electronics
- Maintain stock, parts, tools, and safety equipment in the vehicle
- Document details of services and parts provided to customers
- Diagnose diverse service issues, obtain any replacement parts, calibrate system to manufacturer’s recommendations, and be able to explain need for and value of recommended solutions
- Participate in company-provided training opportunities
- Identify and report potential opportunities for additional business (new unit/system, PM contracts, and additional services)

Responsibilities:
- Perform planned maintenance on tankless water heating equipment
- Troubleshoot and repair issues found during visit to ensure equipment is working prior to departure
- Plan pipe system layout, installation, and repair according to specifications
